    Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) affiliated media outlet has issued a statement disputing a recent claim by pro- Taliban outlet Al-Mirsaad Media regarding the reporter killing of ISKP member Nusrat aka Abu Zar in Peshawar.

    In its statement, the ISKP media acknowledged that Abu Zar has been a member of the group but stated that he was killed alongside several other ISKP members in Balochistan in February 2025, during clashes with Baloch separatists.
