    From Taliban to Al-Qaeda to Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, an Afghan's dream of fighting Israel was cut short in Syria by Hezbollah.

    Taliban-linked communication channels have shared a short biography of an Afghan Taliban member, Muhammad Abu Tariq, also known as Hikmatullah, who hailed from Afghanistan's Helmand province. Driven by a strong desire to fight against Israel, Muhammad joined Al-Qaeda in Kunduz province in 2017 and participated in battles against the previous Afghan regime....
