    The Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) Jeeyand faction claimed that its STOS unit targeted a three-vehicle army convoy with an improvised explosive device (IED) in Kibri, Pasni, destroying one vehicle.

    The group claimed that Major Wajahat and seven other personnel were killed in the attack.
