On April 23, 2026, the Baloch Nationalist Army announced their first female spokesperson through an AI-generated poster. The poster featured an AI image of a female with a mask named Dareen Baloch. The poster said that she will be the first female spokesperson of the militant outfit and, in the near future, will release her first message through social media.
It is important to note that in the last three years, women have participated in the attacks by Baloch militant groups in a noteworthy number.
