On November 12, 2025, Islamic State in Khorasan Province (ISKP) issued an audio of its Pashto series “Arzawanah”.
In the 23 minutes audio, ISKP strongly emphasises the obligation of Jihad as Fard Ayn (an individual religious duty) for every Muslim, especially within Afghanistan.
The speaker intensely criticizes the current political system in Afghanistan, repeatedly labeling it as an apostate regime and a betrayal of the true Caliphate.
